Arbitration

Ilana Tamari offers arbitration in two distinct forms:

Mediation/Arbitration:

The first is by way of mediation/arbitration, where a matter is mediated and if and when unsuccessful would go to the arbitration phase to decide any remaining issues.

Arbitration:

Typically this type of service is offered by way of written briefs, where at a procedural and protocol meeting, page length is agreed upon. Generally, one or more issues are brought for arbitration, from matters of school choice, to mobility matters and the like. An ABA model is employed, with submissions, counter submissions and reply.
